And welcome to day twenty nine. How the heck are you feeling?
Hopefully as stoked as I am. I am caught in a wheel of gratitude right now. I have received letters from many of you sharing your success over the last couple weeks with keeping focused and sticking to your committment to yourself. That isn't about not missing a workout - though that is part of it - but more that you have done all you could to do what you said you would each day. That habit will serve you moving forward as you continue to create and reach your goals.
Today's workout will be our last visit of the 30 Day S.P.A.R.K.S Conditioning Online Equipment Free Fitness Challenge with Rodney Yee (click here). After you finish your 16mins of yoga I want you to take a moment to reflect on all you have overcome to make it to day twenty nine. Think of all the times you could have opted out but you didn't, all those excuses that you could've used but you didn't. As you think about the strength that you've gained I want you to take a moment to celebrate that. Be proud of that newly developed strength.
