Day Twenty Seven.


Do you believe that you can build the body you desire and deserve? In fact, do you truly believe you deserve the goals you've written out? Here's a little acknowledged secret - what you believe you will bring about. It's bigger than the law of attraction but it is the law of action - that is what you believe you can achieve you will work to achieve. If you don't believe you can be stronger or fitter then you will work to prove that. You will eat to prove that and you will choose habits that continue to prove that. If, on the other hand, you believe that you can then you will work to prove that, you will eat to prove that and you will choose habits each day that help you to prove that you can achieve your goals. Belief is a vital part of building the body, heck any thing, you desire and deserve. It is why I stress reading your goals aloud every single day. It is why I stress having goals - it gives you something to believe in. The more we speak something out loud, the more we allow ourselves the opportunity to believe it.

If you haven't been reciting your goals aloud, please take a few moments today to do so. While you do so, think about how you will feel when you reach those goals. Think about the joy and the excitement you will feel when you reach those goals. As you speak your goals aloud, see them being reached in your mind's eye.

That is your exercise today.

As for today's workout, it'll be an upgrade from day twenty one.

Each circuit requires you to complete 30 seconds for each exercise moving from one exercise to the next without pause. During your rest at the end of each circuit, record the number of reps that you complete for each exercise. Like on day twenty one, there is two options for your first circuit. Choose the one most appropriate to your level and to helping you to reach your goals. There are two new moves which are demonstrated in the video at the bottom of the post.
