Today's workout will be an upgrade to your day workout. You will need to head over to google pedometer (click here) and map out a route that is the same distance that you traveled on day nineteen (which was an upgrade to your work on day eleven). Today, add another .15 to your total from day nineteen (which would be an addition of .30miles from your day eleven work.)
