Welcome to day twenty three. How are you doing? Feeling like you've been pushing a little past your comfort zone? If so great! Sometimes we need to stretch a little further than we are use to in order to get the results that we desire.
Speaking of stretching, it's about that time again. For today's workout you'll be joining Rodney Yee for 16 minutes of yoga (click here).
Once you are done the yoga workout complete 4 sets of abdominal planks holding each for as long as you can for a maximum of 90 seconds. Rest for the same amount of time that you work - for instance if you hold plank 1 for 65 seconds, rest for 65 seconds.
