Day twenty one. The home stretch. Congratulations for keeping focused thus far. The workouts are going to continue to get incrementally harder but that's okay because you are continuing to get stronger.
Today's circuits will be 30 seconds for each exercise moving from one exercise to the next seamlesly. During your rest at the end of each circuit, record the number of reps that you complete for each exercise. Also, a change for this workout is there is two options for your first circuit. Choose the one most appropriate to you reaching your goals. Also there are two new moves which are demonstrated in the video at the bottom of the post. Enjoy!
