It's beginning to look a lot like... Okay so I won't say it. But December is here. And you know what that means.


Welcome to Day Fifteen.

Hope that you enjoyed the latter part of November and are ready to have an awesome December and more immediately a great workout.


Today's workout will be an upgrade to Day Nine's workout,(click here), which was an upgrade to day four's workout.

Today, you will complete 4 sets of the warm up, circuit #1 and circuit #2.
