Day Eleven.

Welcome back. Thank you for honoring your committment to yourself and thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey as you build the body you desire and deserve one step at a time.

Speaking of steps, today will be another walking/running day.
Remember the workout you did on Day Five? (click here for a reminder)

Well, you are going to repeat that workout. The catch? You are going to travel a further distance today than you did then in the 20 minutes.

 


Again, using the google pedometer (click here) to track your distance so you can measure today's workout as well as compare it to last walk/run's workout to see if you are moving forward. Whether by one step or many today you will surpass your total distance, deal? Deal.

 

Have a great walk or run or combination of the two!
