Day Nine.

Our fitness journey is our own. Sure, we may use other people as inspiration or for extra motivation but when other people's bodies become our goal we start to rob ourselves of the joy that our fitness journey is built to bring.

Stop chasing someone else's frame. You are you and your goals have got to be your own in order to reach them and be happy. 


Speaking of goals - how are you doing in achieving yours? It has been a week since you started the 30 day challenge, have you taken measurement of how you did last week?

Did you finish all your workouts? Did you give your best effort each day that you did your workouts? Did you track your workouts? Have you completed the other exercises that came via email to you (those who signed up)?


If you have been keeping on point, congratulations! Now stick to the plan & stay focused cause there is lots more to be done.

If you haven't been fully committed, then start today. Give yourself your best effort moving forward for the remainder of the 30 day challenge. Deal? Deal.


Today, we will be taking it back to day four's workout (click here). Here are the upgrades:
a. add a third set to your warm up circuit.
b. add a third set to Circuit #1

c. add a third & fourth set to Circuit #2.
