D. Jumping Jacks x 20 E. Medium arm circles forward x 20 F. Jumping Jacks x 20

G. Medium arm circles backwards x 20

H. Jumping Jacks x 20 I. Big arm circles forward x 20

J. Jumping Jacks x 20 K. Big arm circles backward x 25

L. Jumping Jacks x 20

2 Sets Workout 30 second rounds of Each: A. Skipping (real or imaginary rope) B. Jab a.k.a "1"

C. Cross a.k.a "2" D. Jumping Jacks

E. Jab a.k.a "1"

F. Cross a.k.a "2"

G. Skipping

H. Jab/Cross a.k.a "1-2"

I. Jumping Jacks

J. Jab/Cross K. Skipping L. Jab/Cross M. Abdominal plank x 60 seconds N. Push Ups (if you need to rest hold your body in the starting push up position with arms straight and body off the floor). 45-60 seconds rest Complete 4 Sets.
