Day Eighteen.

Calories. Let's talk calories. Have you been tracking your intake? Do you know how much of it comes from protein carbohydrates and fat? Have you been drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water a day and minimizing alcohol?


A often forgotten key to building the body we desire and deserve is food. Food is fuel and what we eat gives our bodies the raw material with which to create what we look and perform like.


If you haven't been faithful to yourself in tracking your food intake, now is the time to get to it from now until the remainder of the challege. Knowing what you are eating gives you a template to make changes where needed and also gives you a very real measurement of how much you need to change your eating habits in order to continue to change your body.


Today's work will be to plug all your daily meals into one of the many fitness applications which track macronutrients.
