Day Fourteen.

Flexibility is essential in reaching our goals - both in and out of the gym.
When we are open, we are able to see what we must in order to do what we need to to take aa step closer to our goals.

 

Yoga allows us a few moments to slow down while allowing us the benefit of working on our flexibility physically and otherwise. It is important to note that while performing the 16 minute routine (click here) know that finishing the move is not the goal but instead to work towards being a little more flexible each time you take part in the session.

 

Workout
A. 16 minute yoga session (click here).
Then 4 Sets of The following:

 


B1. Abdominal Planks as long as you can up to 70 seconds
B2. Abdominal Cycles x 20
B3. Cat/Camel x 5 (holding each for 15 - 30 seconds)

Enjoy your workout today. Hopefully some of the flexibility that you gain physically will travel into other aspects of your life.
